It gives us immense pleasure to announce that the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing(IIITDM), Kancheepuram will be hosting the 5th Inter IIIT Sports Meet 2023, co-hosted by IIITDM Kurnool. The sports meet will be a 4-day event from 14th March 2023 - 17th March 2023.
We are privileged to welcome you to the beautiful city of Chennai also famously known as the Gateway of South India. IIITDM Kancheepuram has always been an example in nurturing talents, helping them grow as individuals and to develop sportsmanship skills of the highest order. Being an institute that has encouraged sports since its inception, we will be thrilled to see talents from all across the country.
The 4-day sports carnival will consist of various events such as Athletics, Basketball, Badminton, Carrom, Chess, Cricket, Football, Kabaddi, Powerlifting, Table-Tennis, Tennis, Throwball and Volleyball.

From Chennai International Airport (24 km): The bus stop is just across the road from the airport. If you take any of bus heading Tambaram, get down at Tambaram. All the buses from CMBT and Central Railway Station pass through this bus stop only.
From Tambaram Railway Station (16 km): Institute is located in Melakottaiyur (Off Vandalur-Kelambakkam High Road) which is 10km from Tambaram Railway station. Nearest bus stop is KANDIGAI.
